1/2 cup chicken livers and
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms fried in
1 tsp olive oil
black coffee
multivitamin
water

Late Lunch (8 points)

I cup Chobani nonfat plain yogurt
Trader Joe's Omega Trek Mix

Pre-Company Snacking (5 points)

1/2 oz. pork cracklins
1/4 cup guacamole

Dinner (24 points)

.25 oz pork cracklins
3 tortilla chips
.5 oz Blue Diamond Bold Salt and Vinegar Almonds
Provolone/salami roll stuffed with sundried tomatoes and basil (from the cheese section of supermarket)
7 anchovy-stuffed olives
Scallop Mousse with Ginger-infused Veloute*
2 servings Classic Sangria (6 oz total)
1 glass pinot noir (3 oz)

*If you don't mind spending two or three hours with a fiddly French recipe, this is a showstopper for low-carb entertaining. Epicurious doesn't list it but I'll be blogging about it soon at Melissa Cooks Gourmet and will post the link then.
