omelet made with 1/2 cup eggbeaters,1 slice diced canadian bacon, 2 wedges laughing cow chipotle

(leftover breakfast, added 1/4 tomato)

6 celery sticks
PB2 (2 tbsp)
small can V-8 juice
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
2 cups black coffee
water
1 cup herbal tea
4 sticks cinnamon sugar-free gum (chewed 1/2 at a time)
